RICHARD B. STONE, ESQ.

Richard B. Stone is a member of the firm of Stone Mandia, LLC with over four decades of litigation experience. Mr. Stone is admitted to the State Courts and Federal District Courts in New Jersey and New York. He graduated from Rutgers University in 1967. After fulfilling his military obligations, Mr. Stone attended John Marshall Law School and graduated with honors in 1972.

Since 1972 Mr. Stone has concentrated his law practice in the areas of personal injury, martial and family matters, medical and professional malpractice, complex commercial litigation, domestic violence, municipal and criminal matters.

FRANK J. MANDIA, ESQ.

Frank J. Mandia, Jr. was born on December 13, 1946. He is the father of three (3) sons. Mr. Mandia graduated Admiral Farragut in 1965; Graduated Georgetown University in 1969 summa cum laude and Rutgers Law in 1973 cum laude. Mr. Mandia was a member of the United States Army Reserve attaining the rank of second Lieutenant. He is a Member of Navesink Lodge No. 9-F&AM. Mr. Mandia was admitted to the New Jersey Bar Association on May 15, 1973 and continues to practice law to date in the specialized areas of Commercial Transactions, Real Estate Development and Liquor License Law.

JASON C. MANDIA, ESQ.

Jason C. Mandia represents a broad spectrum of clients in a variety of areas with a main focus on commercial transactions, liquor law, real estate, financings, mergers, formations and general corporate matters. He is skilled in handling many diverse matters ranging from basic real estate transactions to complex commercial matters. Mr. Mandia is experienced in all aspects of contract negotiation and preparation; the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate; asset and stock based purchases and sales of businesses; liquor license transactions; lease preparation and review for office, retail and big box; stock/membership purchases, sales and issuances; entity formation, structuring and operational agreements; institutional lending loan document preparation; tenancy matters; and employment agreements.

Mr. Mandia graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1995 and received his B.S. in Psychology. A cum laude graduate of Seton Hall Law School, Mr. Mandia was admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York in 1999. He was first employed by the Honorable Alexander D. Lehrer as a law clerk in 1999 and commenced the practice of law with Stone Mandia, LLC in 2000.

HELEN B. ROSNER, ESQ.

Ms. Rosner graduated with honors from Rutgers University in 1985 and received her Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University in 1988. She was admitted to the New Jersey and District Court Bars in 1988 and has been practicing law since that time. Ms. Rosner has over 27 years of experience as a general litigation attorney handling a wide variety of civil, criminal and family law matters and specializes in matters related to personal injury, worker's compensation and social security disability claims and appeals. She served as the Municipal Court Public Defender in the Borough of Oceanport from 2009 until November 2015 and is also the former Municipal Court Judge in the Borough of Oceanport. Ms. Rosner is a lifelong resident of Monmouth County and a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association.

EDWARD R. MCGLYNN, ESQ.

After leaving government service Mr. McGlynn joined the Law Firm of Robinson, St. John & Wayne in Newark, New Jersey where he continued to practice law in the field of Government Affairs until January of 1996. At that time Mr. McGlynn joined the Alman Group of Westfield, New Jersey where they were successful in creating one of the largest lobbying firms in New Jersey. During his tenure at the organization Mr. McGlynn represented entities such as Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation; The Kintock Group, which is the second largest provider of Community Corrections services the New Jersey Department of Corrections and the New Jersey Parole Board; The New Jersey Amusement Association; The Creosote Council of the United States; Union County College; etc.

In January of 2005 Mr. McGlynn entered the private practice of law again and additionally created the entity known as ERM Government Affairs, Inc. where he continued the representation of the Kintock Group and others. Mr. McGlynn also continued as General Counsel to Jenkinson's Boardwalk and their related entities. Additionally he serve as the registered government affairs agent for the New Jersey Amusement Association.

For the past ten years Mr. McGlynn has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of McKendree University in Lebanon, Illinois. At the present time he is Chairman of the Resource Development Committee and member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees.

Mr. McGlynn has been Chairman of the Membership Committee of Manasquan River Golf Club for the past five years and four years ago became a member of the Board at Manasquan River Golf Club where he presently serves as the Secretary of the Board of Trustees.

For more than ten years Mr. McGlynn has served as a member of the New Jersey Racing Commission having been nominated by Governor's Whitman and Codey and confirmed by the New Jersey State Senate. He also served as Secretary to the State House Commission, having been appointed by Governor Whitman for more than five years. That Commission consists of the Governor, Treasurer, Director of the Office of Management and Budget; two Senator's Appointed by the Senate President and two Assembly members appointed by the Assembly Speaker.
 

RICHARD A. NOCKS, ESQ.

Richard A. Nocks, Esq., is a graduate of Rutgers University and the New York Law School. Mr. Nocks has been practicing law since 1990.

Mr. Nocks often handles family law and commercial litigation. Mr. Nocks firmly believes that each and every client should receive an affordable, accessible, responsive and a personal commitment to their case. Combining an aggressive approach with the empathy needed to understand each client’s individual needs and concerns, he personally provides all legal services to ensure that those services meet or exceed the client’s expectations.
